Trying to make this meal under 1000 calories, what’s the best option(s) ?
I usually don’t eat out and usually don’t eat what I can’t measure on a food scale or scan on the MFP barcode scanner so I’m really worried of going over but I kinda have to go out to this since I’m a groomsmen and it’s for the groom.
Originally decided on the grilled sandwich with potato salad on the side but I’m wondering if there’s better options where there’s more food. I tried searching MFP for other dishes I was interested but they don’t come up in MFP.
I’d use this as a cheat day and just eat whatever but the wedding is in two days and I’d rather use that as my cheat day.
