The highest weight I’ve ever recorded myself at was 241 in July 2019. That was pretty much the turning point where I told myself I needed to focus on weight loss. After some yo-yo’ing for a while and taking some breaks, I really buckled down in January of this year. A few days ago I weighed myself even lower, but that was in the middle of a fast, and I don’t consider the weight “real” unless I weigh myself when I wake up since that’s more fair IMO. Either way, I’m very happy and this just piles on the motivation to finally reach my goal.
GW: 170 or maybe 160. Uncedecided currently. I’m 5’9 if anyone wants to comment on what I should aim for.
