Hi guys so I was looking at the progress of different YouTubers who tried Chloe Ting 2 week shred challenge, and the results were pretty impressive. I am set to take on this challenge from tomorrow (4th November 2019). It would be great to have any partner(s) for the challenge since it’s easier to get demotivated and quit when you are alone on the journey.
so my routine would be doing the HIIT workout before breakfast and the ABS workout before dinner. I won’t be following any particular diet but I’d be cutting down on junk food and practice portion control.
